- ✓Only log in through the official app, never through links sent by strangers.
- ✓Use a screen lock so no one can open your account if the phone is lost.
- ✓Log out on shared devices and review active sessions where available.
Why is OTP not coming? (fixes)
OTP not coming at all
Check that the number is typed correctly, that you have signal, and that DND / spam filters are not blocking service SMS. Wait 60 seconds before pressing Resend.
OTP is delayed
Server or carrier delays are common at peak times. Toggle airplane mode once, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and keep the app open while waiting.
“Invalid OTP” error
You may have entered an old code or the timer expired. Request a fresh OTP and type only the newest one, without extra spaces.
Wrong number entered
Go back, re-enter the correct mobile number, and request a new OTP. Old codes for the previous number will no longer work.
